Job description for Product Manager at Talent Tech
Job Responsibility :
- Develop requirement documents for product planning in alignment with the predefined product vision.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the product development process.
- Lead each squad in developing features according to the established targets.
- Conduct regular monitoring of product features throughout the development and evaluation process.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum S1 with emphasis in engineering, business management, computer science or related fields.
- Experience in the field of Product Management in Capital Market Industry may be preferred.
Skills, (the incumbent must demonstrate the following skills/technical competencies)
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral & written communications, including presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, and software delivery teams.
- Deep understanding in Sprint Design/Design Thinking methodology.
- Familiar with common agile app development working tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledgeable about the business processes of the Indonesian & International capital market is a plus.
