Job description for Product Manager at PT Mau Kerja Indonesia
What you will own
- Funnel + revenue. Instrument the funnel, name baselines and drop-offs, prioritize by impact × effort × revenue. Examples: onboarding completion, search → chat, chat → hire, Request vs Chat confusion, coin-copy clarity, Recommended page speed.
- Weekly throughput. 10–15 quality tickets/week, 1–2 MVPs/week (20–25/mo). PRD + user stories + acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence, challenge eng on what/why/arch, own QA incl. negative/regression + UAT, release notes, dashboard daily/weekly x 1 month.
- Multi-hat craft + AI daily. Own wireframe/mockup yourself (Figma or Claude / V0 / Gemini), prototype, test endpoints, train AMs/HR-ops, fix demo hygiene (no prod accounts, sandbox data). Premium AI is given with ROI expectation.
- Decisions under pressure. Say SHIP / KILL / QUEUE / ROLLBACK with data. A/B even if UX dips. Defend trade-offs to eng, sales, and leadership. Recover fast when v1 fails.
- Cross-border execution. Daily standups, PIC/backup ownership, vendor/distributed team management across MY/ID/VN. Training/enablement, not just launch.
Requirements that matter
PRIMARY DEPTH
- End-to-end ownership with one personal moved-metric in last 12 months: baseline → what you shipped in ≤2 weeks → result + period → what changed when v1 failed. Production evidence > title/tenure.
- Weekly delivery proof: tickets + MVP + QA you did (Jira/AC sample + prototype link). 2+ years guideline shipping internet products (marketplace, hiring, e-commerce, fintech/payments, SaaS with funnel). Marketplace liquidity / activation / monetization is a plus.
- Comfortable standalone onsite in Sleman, 5 days/week (4 WFH/month exception with lead approval). Figure out next steps without waiting for manager or mature SOP.
WORKING CAPABILITY
- Funnel analytics (AppsFlyer/GA/dashboards), funnel math, A/B basics, pricing/packaging sense, Figma + AI prototyping, API reading / endpoint testing enough to challenge eng, UAT/test design.
- Daily AI habit: Claude / V0 / Gemini / Notion / App Studio for research, copy, UX, tickets, protos — human-reviewed.
What we are NOT looking for
- Activity without outcome (slides/tickets/delivery-rate with no adoption/revenue/retention)
- Partial owners needing UI/QA/analyst/researcher teams to function
- Quarterly/annual cadence, “What is MVP?”, direct-to-launch without validation, chat+spreadsheet instead of Jira/AC
- Sparing AI, Figma-only handoff, manual/UAT-only, blame-dev mindset
- Flexibility-first profiles (WFH-only, conditional relocate, availability constraints) — this is 5d onsite
- Long-winded, needs redirects, dodges failure/rejection, hypothetical pivots only
- Comfort-seeking: leads with parking/bonus/hybrid, low urgency, no offers + no shipping proof
