Position
Product Manager — ERP & Procurement
Role Objective:
This Product Manager will focus on products related to ERP and procurement. The candidate must understand the company purchasing process from request to payment, including purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor management, approvals, goods receipt, invoice matching, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ERP and procurement-related modules.
- Manage requirements for purchase requests, purchase orders, vendors, approvals, budget control, goods receipt, invoices, and procurement reporting.
- Translate procurement business processes into PRDs, flows, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business users, procurement teams, finance, warehouse, accounting, implementation, QA, and engineering teams.
- Ensure procurement workflows are integrated with inventory, finance, approval, master data, and reporting.
- Design workflows that support multi-company, multi-branch, multi-warehouse, and multi-level approval structures.
- Ensure features include clear audit trails, role access, document numbering, approval history, and status tracking.
- Support UAT and ensure the final output meets business requirements.
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
- Functional understanding of ERP, especially procurement, inventory, finance, master data, and approval workflows.
- Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes: purchase request, quotation/RFQ, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice, payment request, and vendor management.
- Understanding of approval matrices, budget control, document statuses, document numbering, and audit trails.
- Able to create PRDs, BRDs, user flows, business process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
- Able to communicate with procurement, finance, accounting, warehouse, and management users.
- Understanding of enterprise needs such as permissions, reports, exports, audit, compliance, and traceability.
- Strong attention to transaction details, document statuses, and business process edge cases.
Nice to Have
- Experience handling ERP procurement in retail, distribution, manufacturing, F&B, or multi-branch companies.
- Experience using or building systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Accurate, NetSuite, or custom ERP systems.
- Understanding of 3-way matching: PO, GRN, and invoice.
- Understanding of vendor performance, procurement analytics, contract management, and purchasing budgets.
- Has a strong interest in AI, Generative AI, AI agents, AGI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
