Job description for Product Manager at PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Support product development from ideation, development, to evaluation.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
- Support the improvement of the Inventory Management System (IMS) for monitoring EDC conditions and asset movement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Research, or related roles.
- Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking.
- Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and demonstrates strong product ownership.
