Product Manager (Analytical Instruments)
Requirements :
- D3/S1/S2 graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or product strategy for Analytical Instruments
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English
- Willing to travel
Job description :
- Plan and execute promotional strategies and product introduction.
- Be responsible for the sales targets of the product line.
- Schedule and conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor market demand and estimate stock requirements to ensure availability.
- Plan and conduct product satisfaction surveys.
