Job description for Product Manager at Talent Tech
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in the financial services, banking, fintech, or securities industry.
- Strong understanding of capital market products, securities trading, investment platforms, or wealth management services (Crypto, Reksadana, Obligasi, etc).
- Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital product metrics, user journey analysis, and product performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize business and user requirements to enhance digital investment and trading platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver product features on time and within scope.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security requirements.
- Analyze product KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve user experience, adoption, and business outcomes.
