Summary
As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company's digital products, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. You will define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products deliver value to both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and translate customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog while ensuring timely execution using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to drive product decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and business performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches and communicate product updates with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile application or digital product development.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
- Experience working closely with Software Engineering and UI/UX teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into product improvements.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
