Job description for Product Manager (Quản Lý Sản Phẩm) - Yêu cầu tiếng Anh at Homebase Vietnam
- Hold the P&L responsibility for the entire product line, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Iterate and improve on product-market-fit of the product line
- “Build-measure-learn”, repeat
- “Talk to customers, build products”, repeat
- Create systems and processes to ensure operational excellence for the product line
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams on the development, testing, and release of products, as well as balance resources to ensure the success of the products
- Based in HCMC
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top-tier local or international university with good academic standing
- Outstanding fresh graduate is welcome
- Fluent in English
- Past experience in a tech product company is a plus
- Having experience in building a product from scratch, or running a startup is a plus
- Prior leadership and management experience is a plus
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Be a part of key decision-making processes that will define the trajectory of the company
