Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager Intern with a passion for mental health and human resources. In this role, you will identify, build, and maintain strong product with stakeholders, dev team, and contribute to Wool Indonesia’s mission of creating meaningful impact in professional environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as Product Manager Intern in best practice to discovery and delivery product solutions
2. Analyze SWOT product and competitive landscape
3. Coordinate with the design, qa, & engineering department to product development
4. Working with cross-functional team to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and accepted by user
5. Assist, provide and update detailed Product Requirement Document (PRD), timelines and business requirements
6. Contribute in agile/scrum ceremony (daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective)
Requirements:
1. Passion for a product management role
2. In-depth knowledge of Product Management Fundamentals, Prioritization, PRD, Agile, Scrum, AB Testing, Product Discovery
3. In-depth knowledge in software and product development life-cycle
4. Strong problem solving and analysis skills
5. Understand how to create & read flow chart
6. A “can do” spirit combined with positive attitude
7. Good communication skills and good teamwork
