Job description for Product Manager (Game) at Mythic Protocol
We are hiring!
We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the roadmap. You will own an organic team of developers and artists and work in collaboration with other team members in short iterations and with a data-centric approach. You will guarantee the quality and the performance of the product. You will develop a quarterly and monthly plan aligned with the strategy that leverages all product features, and push the games to new limits!
Responsibilities
- Product Management: As a Product Manager, you will lead the charge in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, creating impactful entertainment game products. You will harness your expertise in Scrum processes to achieve sprint goals consistently and carry out comprehensive UX research using apt frameworks and tools. Based on your research and feedback, you will develop user flows, wireframes, and product features, and conduct usability tests on these low-fidelity wireframes. You will also demonstrate your evaluative skills by regularly updating the PRD and monitoring product performance metrics.
- Business Development: Your business acumen will be key in identifying and seizing business opportunities, presenting product offerings to potential customers and investors. You will manage product metrics and resource allocation effectively and take the initiative to address any metrics that are unmet. Your skills in financial modeling will allow you to present convincing financial projections, and previous experience in game development from ideation to product release would be a beneficial asset.
- Innovation: In collaboration with R&D and Production teams, you will solve market problems and innovate profitable solutions. Through business strategy framework and user persona analyses, you will guide product decisions and continually refine user personas using additional qualitative research data.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively engaging with all stakeholders, ensuring the product direction is aligned with the product statement and remains relevant over time. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a development program for the product team and guiding Liveops and post-production documentation. Work effectively with cross function to execute marketing strategies and support product initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent work experience (more than 2 years), and must not currently active in school or college
- Technical background in Product Management (equivalent by degree or work experience)
- Computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent
- Already published a Game Product and took part in Monetization and Game live ops
- Able to work full-time at Agate HQ (in Bandung, Indonesia)
