Must Have Technical Skills

Memiliki 2–3 tahun pengalaman dalam Product Management / Project Management, khususnya banking atau payment product.
Memiliki pengalaman atau exposure dalam pengembangan produk merchant seperti QRIS, Virtual Account (VA), EDC, atau Keagenan.
Memahami payment industry di Indonesia beserta regulasinya.
Memahami Product Management Process dan Agile Scrum.
Mampu membuat dan menggunakan product metrics untuk B2B products.
Mampu melakukan market research, user research, dan competitive analysis serta menerjemahkan hasilnya menjadi product strategy.
Familiar dengan OKR, KPI, Excel, dan product management tools.
Memiliki strong business acumen, critical thinking, prioritization, dan decision-making skills.
Memiliki kemampuan communication & influencing yang baik serta customer empathy yang tinggi.
Fluent in English.

Job Description

Mengembangkan product strategy berdasarkan market, customer needs, dan business goals.
Melakukan market research, user research, dan competitive analysis untuk menemukan peluang pengembangan produk.
Merancang dan menjalankan experiment serta mengevaluasi hasilnya menggunakan product metrics.
Mengembangkan dan mengukur OKR & KPI untuk memastikan product performance.
Berkolaborasi dengan Product Lead, Business, Engineering, dan cross-functional teams dalam pengembangan product/feature.
Mengikuti perkembangan tren dan regulasi industri payment di Indonesia.
Memastikan product/feature yang dikembangkan memberikan value bagi user sekaligus business
