Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program and rotate across various departments such as education consulting, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and expand the education market by identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and make strategic selections of university and college partners in the allocated regions.
- Negotiate and establish agency agreements with partner institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with stakeholders, including universities, colleges, and education agencies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies across all partner institutions.
- Deliver training and product knowledge to counselors, admissions teams, and managers to ensure they have updated information about international education opportunities.
- Support the execution of company strategies in marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Provide reports and recommendations to management based on industry trends and business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership potential, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of international education is a plus.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
