Job Title: Product Management Executive
Location: Bintan, Indonesia
Direct Manager: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales operations, such as preparing for tenders or assisting in URS, participating or organizing meetings and exhibitions.
• Write articles for projects, events, quarterly newsletter, product/new product launch, including content for Search Engine Optimization.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and create training materials for sales support.
• Work with the factory to produce pricelist, photos, compliance, website and brochure updates.
• Liaise with customers for FAT and post-sales overseeing.
• Oversee the shared folders used for escoglobal.net and any related task, including assisting the possible migration to Sharepoint.
• Resolve customer issues, maintain customer relationship.
• Conduct market analysis and create strategies, including travelling in-person to retrieve market information.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Biology/Biotechnology and other relevant courses. Licensed/registered as a Pharmacist (Apothecary) is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
