Job description for Product Lead at YoRipe
- End-to-end Product Management: shape product vision and direction, oversees product development and releases
- Owns the product roadmap, strategizes and prioritizes with business objectives, tech and UX/UI resources
- Oversees product journey end-to-end – from product story to release
- Write product requirements document (PRD), illustrate user journey, how the features would be used and adopted
- Drive new key feature development – grocer integration
- Support tech migration
- Product localisation (with market expansion) 2. Product & User Experience Success: set product success goals, connecting data analytics, product marketing and tech to achieve the goals
- Owns product retention KPI; Define and measure key user engagements that drives 7 day retention, 30 day retention - analyze and track users by cohort, implement improvements to achieve goals
- Develop community engagement features – community curated collections, trending recipes and app gamification
- Track in-app user behavior, form hypothesis on user behavior, run tests to validate and drive improvements
- Guide marketing on key product narrative and learn about market needs from marketing to improve active user conversion together 3. Hiring & Talent Development:
