Mission:
The mission of the Product Manager is to ensure that YoRipe app has the best product driving the company’s strategy, meeting user expectations and business objectives. The role defines product strategy, takes ownership of product roadmap, plans resources and ensures tech, UX/UI and operations are aligned in delivering the product.
Outcomes:
- End-to-end Product Management: shape product vision and direction, oversees product development and releases
- Owns the product roadmap, strategizes and prioritizes with business objectives, tech and UX/UI resources
- Oversees product journey end-to-end – from product story to release
- Write product requirements document (PRD), illustrate user journey, how the features would be used and adopted
- Drive new key feature development – grocer integration
- Support tech migration
- Product localisation (with market expansion) 2. Product & User Experience Success: set product success goals, connecting data analytics, product marketing and tech to achieve the goals
- Owns product retention KPI; Define and measure key user engagements that drives 7 day retention, 30 day retention - analyze and track users by cohort, implement improvements to achieve goals
- Develop community engagement features – community curated collections, trending recipes and app gamification
- Track in-app user behavior, form hypothesis on user behavior, run tests to validate and drive improvements
- Guide marketing on key product narrative and learn about market needs from marketing to improve active user conversion together 3. Hiring & Talent Development:
- Scope company needs and source for talents
- Grow talents internally in product to meet company’s growth needs

Technical Skill Requirements:
· Min. 5 years of product experience for consumer mobile app
· Excellent level of English in order to communicate with a multicultural team
· Able to translate business objectives to features, building and managing product roadmap
· Led key growth for product and product launch
· Experience in leading team of engineers, UX/UI designers
· Experience with growth loops, B2C products with User Generated Content
· Mapping user journeys
· Worked on product using PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Javascript for back-end development (able to read code and give feedback)
· Good understanding of AWS and Jenkins, and server hosting in general
