Job description for Product IT Business Analyst at Sinergis HR Consulting & Services
The Product IT Business Analyst plays a dual role in driving the success of the company's software products by combining product expertise with business analysis capabilities. This role is responsible for understanding market and customer needs, presenting and demonstrating products and solutions, gathering and analysing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for the development team.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and presentation skills, understands software development methodologies, and can effectively bridge the gap between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s software products, services, and industry solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and POCs for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities and work closely with Sales and Technical teams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRD, FSD, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Developers, QA, and Project/Product teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, product refinement, and UAT.
- Support feature prioritization, product improvement, and roadmap discussions.
- Act as a bridge between customers, business stakeholders, Product Management, and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS products, ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, or other business applications is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
