SUPERVISOR PRODUCT INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead end-to-end product development projects from ideation, formulation, packaging selection, to commercialization.
- Analyze beauty market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to translate them into actionable product concepts.
- Coordinate and review formulation, packaging stability test, and product efficacy testing with R&D, OEM/ODM partners, and suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, workflow execution, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure product compliance with BPOM regulations, Halal certification, and technical registration documentation.
- Guide and support PID Staff in daily execution, insight generation, and technical product knowledge creation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience in Product Development within the Beauty, Personal Care, or Cosmetic industry.
- Proven track record in managing product launches from concept development to mass production.
- Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation, packaging material, and BPOM / Halal regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated supervisory or project leadership capabilities with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Passionate about beauty trends, innovative textures, active ingredients, and consumer behavior.
