Job description
We are looking for a Product Implementation (Part-Time) team member to support our Product Implementation staff during system rollouts at new client sites. This role is a great opportunity for those currently pursuing their education (preferably evening classes) and seeking hands-on experience in IT systems implementation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in system configuration during client implementation
Support data migration processes
Help deliver training sessions to end-users
Provide technical and operational assistance during go-live
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
Qualifications
Minimum education: Diploma, fresh graduate are welcome
Available to work onsite at our office 1–2 days per week
Strong understanding of software applications and general IT literacy
Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and tools
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
