Job description for Product Development at Gamal
Job description :
- Research current trends men skincare products
- Test and refine current products to ensure quality control and incorporate learnings into future projects
- Responsible for full-cycle new product development: research, development, registration, documentation, and production scale-up strategies
- Assist in production during knowledge handover, to ensure SOP and work instructions are compliant.
- Developing & reviewing GAMALproducts channels portfolio
- Concepting ideas, product development, and developing formulas development
- Analyze and propose new active ingredients for new products
- Can make recommendations for factories or toll booths to manufacture GAMAL products channels products, if necessary
- Creating stories to meet the marketing needs of upcoming new products
- Conduct benchmarking when developing textures for new products.
- Putting new products to the test before they go on the market.
- Can assist in the management of BPOM registration if needed.
- Assist when there are problems or issues with product development.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners, delegate and follow up on action items
- Track project milestones and communicate regular status updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and brainstorm sessions
- Drive innovation and improvement of assigned area of responsibility, processes, systems, and tools; introduce new technologies and ideas
Requirements :
- Female/Male, Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 2-3 year of experience in Research & Development, Product Development and Quality Assurance.
- Understand basic skincare knowledge is preferable.
- Up to date & passion in skincare and beauty trends is a must
- Comfortable with hybrid working policy in South Jakarta area.
