What you'll do
- Research creators and their audiences to find what people actually want to buy.
- Design the product ladder from webinar validation to full class, including bundles and add-ons.
- Build the curriculum and naming so the product is solid to learn and compelling on a landing page.
- Set pricing based on audience buying power and perceived value.
- Manage freelancers and creators to keep multiple products moving at the same time.
What we're looking for
- Deeply interested in how digital products are built and sold.
- Strong copywriting instinct, especially for titles and chapter names that convert.
- Able to read a creator's content and audience response, then turn it into a product decision.
- Analytical, proactive, and confident deciding format and price based on insight.
- Communicative, assertive, and organized across multiple projects and partners.
Working arrangement: Hybrid 2 WFO days (Wednesday & Friday) + 3 WFH days.
Office: Cilandak, South Jakarta (near MRT Fatmawati).
