Job description for Product Development Specialist at PT Citra Pasifik Kosmetik

We're Hiring: Product Development Specialist ✨

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to manage end-to-end product development and merchandising projects, from sourcing to sample approval.

Responsibilities:

Manage and track product samples and documentation for B2B and merchandise projects
Handle end-to-end development of Merchandise/Gift with Purchase (GWP) items, from sourcing to sample approval
Support B2B marketing product development, coordinating with Marketing Team on requirements and timeline
Coordinate vendor sourcing, sampling, and quotation comparison
Facilitate sample review sessions and handover to QC
Conduct competitor research and support product knowledge training

Qualifications:

Min. 1 year of experience in product development, merchandising, or project coordination
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with Trello/Notion a plus
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
