Job description for Product Development Mandarin at Vicalta Gracias Indonesia

Requirements

2+ years of experience in new product development roles within the retail sectors
Strong understanding of P&L analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights using Google Sheets and/or Excel
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Working Hours (Mon to Fri / 8 hours)
Placement in Head Office (Meruya, West Jakarta)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product assortment strategy

• Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities for new product concepts.

• Create and refine innovative product ideas aligned with brand and market positioning

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to market launch, coordinating with design, engineering, and manufacturing

• Supervise the creation and testing of product samples, gathering feedback for quality adjustments

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional campaigns and launch plans
