Job description for Product Development Manager (Modest Fashion) at Worldwhite Enterprise
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept and research to final product launch.
- Develop product collections aligned with brand identity, customer needs, and market trends.
- Conduct trend, competitor, and customer research to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and suppliers to ensure product quality, cost, and timeline.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for future collections and improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in fashion product development, preferably in women's fashion, modest fashion, or retail.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, materials, production processes, and costing.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to balance design, quality, cost, and customer needs.
- Experience working in modest/Islamic fashion products such as abaya, hijab, or modest wear is highly preferred.
