The Product Development Intern will support our ongoing projects in the development of chemical and electrical-based products. This internship offers exposure to real industry challenges and collaboration with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and testing of chemical materials or product components.
- Support prototyping and evaluation of product concepts involving chemical and/or electrical processes.
- Conduct research on raw materials, product safety, efficiency, and industry standards.
- Help monitor and document product development processes, including trials, iterations, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality control, and production.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support design and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in chemical engineering or industrial engineering is a plus.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and material properties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Willing to work on-site in our HQ at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
