Job description for Product Development Intern at PT Citra Pasifik Kosmetik

We are hiring Product Development Intern! ✨

Tertarik dengan dunia beauty dan ingin terlibat langsung dalam proses pengembangan produk dari awal hingga akhir? Kami mencari individu yang teliti, terorganisir, dan proaktif untuk mendukung tim Product Development dalam memastikan setiap proses berjalan dengan rapi, akurat, dan tepat waktu.

Bergabunglah bersama tim kami dan jadilah bagian penting dalam menciptakan produk yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan market.

Tanggung Jawab:

Merapikan dan melakukan tracking sample produk (yang sudah ada maupun yang akan datang)
Mengelola dan merapikan dokumen Product Development
Membantu pelaksanaan product knowledge training untuk internal tim
Melakukan competitor research dan mempresentasikan hasilnya kepada tim
Mendukung proses review sample bersama panelis internal
Mendokumentasikan spesifikasi produk (warna, detail, tekstur, dll.) secara terstruktur
Membantu pengiriman final product beserta spesifikasinya ke tim QC sebelum barang datang

Kualifikasi:

Familiar dengan beauty/makeup
Mampu melakukan research & analisa kompetitor
Proficient di Excel/Google Sheets & PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, komunikatif, dan terorganisir
Proaktif & mampu bekerja dengan deadline
Background: Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing (diutamakan)
(Plus) Farmasi / Kosmetologi atau memahami BPOM/regulatory
