Job Responsibility
- Identifying and securing high-quality materials that align with our brand standards.
- Conducting thorough market research to source innovative leather and other components
- Evaluating supplier capabilities, and managing the end-to-end procurement process for new product lines.
- Collaborating closely with design and production teams to ensure that selected materials meet technical specifications while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Contributing to the creation of superior footwear products that resonate with our discerning clientele.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree and possess between 1-3 years of relevant experience in footwear material sourcing or product development.
- Has strong Negotiation Skills and excel in building lasting Client Relations with suppliers.
- Familiar with Big Data Products for analyzing market trends and optimizing sourcing strategies.
- Strong knowledge about Leather Materials.
- Able to work under pressure.
