Product Development Cook — Healthy & Wellness (Bali, Pererenan)
ABOUT US
We are a premium healthy grab-and-go brand in Pererenan, Bali — clean, organic, wellness-inspired food and drinks. Think protein smoothies, protein bars, cold-pressed juices, chia puddings, overnight oats, hummus, and healthy snacks — modern, design-led, and built for a health-conscious international crowd.
We're launching the concept and looking for a creative kitchen talent who can both run production and help us develop new products as we grow.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on kitchen role with a creative core. You won't just follow recipes — you'll help create them. You'll produce our healthy range day to day, lead 1–2 helpers, and work with us to develop new dishes, drinks, and snacks that fit our brand and follow the latest wellness and food trends.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce our healthy range: protein smoothies, protein bars, juices, chia, oats, hummus, and snacks
- Develop and test new recipes and products — flavors, formats, seasonal ideas
- Translate current wellness and food trends into products that fit our brand
- Lead and guide 1–2 kitchen helpers
- Keep quality, portioning, and consistency exact
- Maintain strict hygiene, freshness, and cold-chain standards
- Manage prep lists, stock, and waste
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in a kitchen, café, health-food, or product-development role
- Genuinely creative — you love developing new recipes and improving existing ones
- You understand modern, design-led brands and the wellness / healthy-food space
- Good English — you'll work closely with us on concepts and brand direction
- Comfortable leading a small team and holding the standard
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about healthy, high-quality food
- Based in Bali, full-time on-site in Pererenan
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience developing menus or products (smoothies, bars, healthy snacks)
- Knowledge of nutrition, protein products, or plant-based food
- A feel for food styling and how products look, not just taste
