🌟 Job Description:

• Lead the innovation process: ideation, concepting, product design, and visual development

• Membuat/mengembangkan ide bersama seluruh tim (including product, design, marketing, and R&D) to deliver key product features and execute strategic brand initiatives.

• Bekerja sama dengan Marketing Team untuk mengembangkan the best product agar sesuai dengan market needs and consumer preferences.

• Melakukan analisa trend market secara detail untuk menghasilkan new product development

• Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables.

• Calculate and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining product quality

• Merancang dan mengembangkan Merchandise, Gift & Product Packaging

• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Able to adapt with high dynamic working environment.

📝 Qualification:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 pharmacy, business, design or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in beauty industries (perfume or FMCG is a plus).

• Proactive, analytical, and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative ideas and solutions.

• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Able to adapt with high dynamic working environment.
