Job description for Product Development - 3D Modeling at DIGIKIDZ

Kriteria :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan dari Desain Produk, Desain Industri, Teknik, Animasi, atau jurusan terkait.
Menguasai software 3D Modeling seperti Thinkercad, Blender, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Autodesk Maya, atau software sejenis.
Memiliki pengalaman mengoperasikan mesin 3D Printing, khususnya Bambu Lab.
Memahami proses 3D Printing mulai dari modeling, slicing, setting parameter print, hingga finishing produk.
Memahami penggunaan berbagai jenis filament (PLA, PETG, TPU, dan lainnya).
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dasar pada hasil cetak dan mesin 3D printer.
Memiliki kreativitas tinggi dalam mengembangkan produk dan prototype baru.
Teliti, detail-oriented, serta mampu bekerja sesuai target dan deadline.
Memiliki portofolio hasil 3D Modeling dan/atau 3D Printing menjadi nilai tambah.
Siap bekerja WFO, Area penempatan BSD City - Tangerang Selatan.

Job Deskripsi :

Membuat dan mengembangkan kurikulum 3D Modeling sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan dan pelanggan.
Menyiapkan file 3D untuk proses produksi, termasuk slicing dan optimasi desain agar siap dicetak.
Mengoperasikan dan memonitor proses produksi menggunakan mesin 3D Printing.
Melakukan quality control terhadap hasil cetak untuk memastikan kualitas sesuai standar.
Melakukan perawatan rutin dan troubleshooting dasar pada mesin 3D printer.
Mengembangkan prototype, miniatur, karakter, merchandise, atau produk edukasi berbasis teknologi 3D.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing, curriculum, dan business development dalam pengembangan produk baru.
Melakukan riset tren teknologi 3D Printing dan material untuk mendukung inovasi produk.
Mendokumentasikan hasil pengembangan produk dan membuat laporan progres secara berkala.

Nilai tambah:

Pernah membuat karakter 3D, action figure, mascot, atau produk custom.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan software sculpting seperti ZBrush.
Memahami proses painting, finishing, molding, atau produksi massal berbasis hasil 3D Printing.
Memiliki ketertarikan pada dunia edukasi, teknologi, dan kreativitas anak.
