Job Descriptions
- Design Execution — Own the end-to-end UX process from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI ready for developer handoff via Figma
- Research & Validation — Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and translate findings into actionable design decisions
- Data-Informed Design — Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of changes
- Cross-functional Collaboration — Work across PM, Engineering, and QA to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints
- Design System — Actively contribute to building, maintaining, and evolving a reusable design system and component library
- AI-Powered Design Workflow (Required) — Integrate AI tools (e.g. Figma AI, Galileo, Uizard, Midjourney) into your design process to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and concept exploration
- AI-Assisted Testing & Research (Required) — Use AI tools to automate and accelerate usability testing, user feedback analysis, research synthesis, and the generation of faster, more accurate insights
- Stakeholder Management — Present and communicate design solutions clearly to team leads and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with a demonstrable portfolio
- Proficient in both qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, observation) and quantitative methods (analytics, A/B testing, surveys)
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams throughout the development and QA process
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to present design work to team leads and executives
- Proficiency in AI tools for UI/UX Design (Required) — Including: Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Visily, Adobe Firefly, or similar generative tools to accelerate design exploration and visual asset creation
- Proficiency in AI tools for Testing & Research (Required) — Including: Maze AI, UserTesting AI, Dovetail, Lookback, EnjoyHQ, or similar tools to automate research analysis, synthesize findings, and conduct usability testing efficiently
- Foundational prompt engineering skills (AI) — Able to leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support ideation, design brief writing, feedback analysis, and documentation
- Ability to produce thorough design documentation including spec sheets, design tokens, and changelogs
