Job Descriptions:
- Conduct research and development process for new bag and accessory products from concept to commercialization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical & non-technical to support new product development
- Develop product concepts, sketches, and prototypes based on market research and brand guidelines
- Manage the prototyping and sampling process, ensuring products meet design and quality standards
- Source materials, components, and suppliers, negotiating costs and lead times to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain documentation and records related to product development activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the bag and accessories industry
- Experience in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software
- Experience in material sourcing, prototyping, and manufacturing process
- Understanding the stages of the fashion & accessories product development process and familiarity with competitor product analysis, market research
