Job Description
- Map client processes and write testable acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then) engineers can build from directly.
- Manage client data quality and write UAT scenarios that validate the problem is truly solved.
- Maintain clean documentation (decision log, change log, weekly reports) as the team's source of truth.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in product management, business analysis, or delivery consulting.
- Strong at writing clear, testable specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for client stakeholder communication.
