Jagobahasa is looking for a Product & Development Staff to collaborate with us in developing better English learning experiences.

Main responsibility:
- Develop and improve English learning products, programs, and teaching systems
- Develop learning materials, curriculum, methods, and assessments
- Contribute to the development of teachers and teaching capabilities
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning products and teaching practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create better learning experiences at Jagobahasa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, English Language, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred
- Experience in English teaching and learning material development
- Holds at least one recognized English proficiency or teaching certification
- Able to use design tools and familiar with online teaching platforms
- Familiar with AI-assisted tools to support learning content development
