Product & Application Specialist – Rehab & Pain
Job Description
PT Sinergi Medika Utama is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Product & Application Specialist – Rehab & Pain to support our rehabilitation and pain management product portfolio. This role is responsible for providing product expertise, conducting product demonstrations and training, and supporting marketing and sales activities to expand product adoption in healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation and pain management products, including product features, clinical applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, doctors, and nurses.
- Provide product application support and assist healthcare professionals in understanding the proper use and benefits of the products.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments for rehabilitation and pain management products.
- Support the sales team in product presentations, customer visits, and technical discussions.
- Participate in exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and other marketing activities to increase product awareness and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related rehabilitation field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, medical devices, or a related field.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain medical and clinical concepts in a clear, simple, and convincing manner.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in hospital and clinical environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
