We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to recommend the best products, features, and launch strategies to increase company growth and customer satisfaction.
The Product Analyst's responsibilities include working closely with different departments within the company, analyzing product data to make product recommendations, interviewing customers to receive customer feedback, and compiling product data. You should be able to study products on the market in order to create a better product.
You're a strong problem solver and can query and analyze your own data in SQL and Excel. You can articulate your findings into concise and effective presentations for the product team and upper management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the company products, measure and monitor the product's performance.
• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
• Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
• Define and analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
• Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
• Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
• Keep track of and document product information and changes.
• An exceptional CAN-DO attitude and be deeply self-motivated
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or another relevant field.
• At least 2 years of product analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
