Key Responsibilities
- Lead production from start to finish — from concept development and pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, writers, editors, and crew to ensure creative vision and practical execution stay aligned.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
- Oversee creative quality control, including reviewing scripts, cuts, and final outputs, and providing constructive feedback.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with both internal teams and clients, maintaining alignment throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with external suppliers — negotiating rates, managing contracts, and following up on payments.
- Support client servicing — ensure clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer in film, documentary, or branded storytelling.
- Foundational understanding of filmmaking and production processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a true team player who connects creative and operational minds.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and workflows.
