Production Engineer (PT Wilhelm Cladding Indonesia)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: IDR 10,000,000.00 – IDR 23,000,000.00 per month depending on experience
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday, Sat half day
• 6 Days/Week
Supplemental pay types:
• THR
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Job Description
Summarise: Production engineer will be working closely with the Production Manager and the team of operators in the TIG Department.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare Engineering document and issue to Production
• Project monitoring & improvement
• Manpower planning and allocation
• Plan maintenance of production machinery
• Request purchases of materials /services to support operations
• Implement corrective action arising from defects encountered
• Identify opportunity for process/product improvement
• Manage customer witness/ inspection
Requirements:
• Min 5 Years of relevant experience in manufacturing or oil and gas related
• Min 3 years in welding related technical engineering preferred
• MS Office skills and basic knowledge in ERP systems (e.g. SAP system)
Education:
• Bachelor’s - Master's Degree (S1 - S2) (Management/Engineering)
