Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in garment, textile, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, garment accessories, and production supplies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Able to analyze pricing, market trends, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Fluent Mandarin & English is a MUST
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, garment accessories, and production-related supplies.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, and build long-term, reliable partnerships.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, and other commercial conditions to achieve cost efficiency.
- Analyze pricing, market trends, and explore alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure material availability, proper delivery timing, and quality in accordance with production needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and appropriate documentation.
