Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Managing supplier & principal relationships

Supporting commercial negotiations and category growth strategies

Analyzing sales performance, margins, and market trends

Driving product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies

Monitoring inventory performance and stock availability

Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

>3 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Buying, or Commercial roles

Background in Pharmacy, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods is highly preferred

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
