- Experience with multi-outlet FnB.
Job description
1. Source and negotiate with suppliers for ingredients (e.g., coffee beans, milk, syrups), packaging, and kitchen equipment.
2. Maintain and optimize the supplier database, ensuring up-to-date certifications and quality compliance.
3. Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstock.
4. Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Collaborate with Store Supervisor to ensure products meet quality and operational standards.
6. Develop long-term relationships with reliable vendors to ensure supply chain stability.
7. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules in a timely and accurate manner to Finance Team.
8. Work closely with inventory and finance teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
9. Ensure all procurement standards relevant to F&B operations.
10. Assist in planning for new store openings by procuring initial stock and equipment.
