Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Staff based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Procurement Staff will be responsible for facilitating the validation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to ensure alignment with company standards and budgetary guidelines, as well as drafting accurate Purchase Orders (PO) to streamline supplier transactions. The role also involves overseeing the physical verification of incoming marketing kits, maintaining real-time procurement dashboards for actionable management insights, and organizing systematic documentation to ensure audit readiness. Additionally, the role supports the supervisor in strategic market research and vendor negotiations to master technical procurement strategies and drive cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Open to all majors)
- Proven professional experience in procurement or administrative logistics with a focus on accuracy and results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for transforming complex data into clear and insightful procurement reports
- Prior experience using Accurate software for procurement or inventory modules is a significant advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- A proactive professional with a strong desire to learn technical procurement skills under supervision
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain fundamentals, specifically from requisition to final delivery
- Unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical standards when handling company assets and financial records
