Job description for Procurement Staff ( Freight Forwarding ) at PT. Yossava Trans Logistik
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
2. Coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, to optimise efficiency
3. Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
4. Assess vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
5. Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement and logistics processes and implementing continuous improvements
6. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, budget constraints, and legal regulations
7. Produce weekly inbound and outbound report
Qualifications :
1. Education D3/S1 related major
2. Experience at least 1-2 years experience in Procurement is preferable
3. Having good communication skill in English ( oral & written )
4. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
5. Excellent analytical and problem - solving abilities
6. Communicative and able to work or cooperate as a member of teamwork
