Job description for Procurement Specialist at BREIG Property
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (construction industry preferred).
- Candidates with connections to or experience with suppliers from China, Jakarta, Surabaya, or other regions will be prioritized.
- Experience in building and managing supplier databases and pricing databases
- Strong knowledge of construction materials (structure, architecture, MEP, finishing, and interior materials is an advantage)
- Having source / database of vendor / supplier from China, Jakarta, Surabaya and any other potential region
- Experience in residential or hospitality projects (villa, apartment, resort) is preferred
