Job description for Procurement Specialist at PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, and related majors are preferred
- More than 2 years of experience in procurement
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP System
- Familiar with procurement business processes; knowledge of basic business contract principles
- Strong sense of ambition and responsibility; strategic thinking ability; keen insight and accurate analysis and judgment skills; communication and negotiation skills; strong verbal and written expression abilities; good ethical standards and a spirit of integrity and self-discipline.
- Proficient in English, Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
Job Responsibilites:
- Establish a qualified supplier database and manage qualified suppliers dynamically; establish a reasonable supplier investigation, evaluation, and assessment mechanism
- Research market conditions, establish reliable supply channels, and develop a reasonable pricing system.
- Manage the procurement process, develop procurement strategies, consolidate procurement plans from various departments, and monitor the implementation of procurement plans.
- Cooperate with the headquarters in centralized procurement of key raw and auxiliary materials, as well as major engineering projects.
- Conduct bidding, inquiry, and price comparison for self-procured raw and auxiliary materials, engineering projects, hardware, and labor protection supplies, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Supervise and inspect the execution and implementation of contracts and orders, including the arrival and quality of materials.
- Confirm and follow up on the delivery schedules of iron phosphate and lithium carbonate, handle invoices, and manage exceptions.
- Develop suppliers for packaging and auxiliary materials, manage contract signing, issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, handle exceptions, and process payment requests.
- Handle contract signing, order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing for spare parts, minor production materials, miscellaneous equipment, small-scale engineering projects, and equipment maintenance.
