Job description for Procurement Specialist at PT Mitra Kasih Perkasa (MKP)

Our technology is used by transport operators, businesses, and government partners to manage high-volume transactions, monitor operations in real time, and deliver smooth customer experiences across travel and mobility services.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial value.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders and procurement documentation, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor order status, delivery schedules, and product quality.Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and product data, as well as prepare procurement reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, purchase order management, procurement documentation, and supplier coordination.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
