Procurement (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Desc

1. Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities
2. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
3. Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
4. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
5. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and other procurement documents.
6. Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
7. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, including suppliers from China.
8. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and support vendor management.
9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchasing requirements and delivery schedules.
10. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
11. Communicate with suppliers in Mandarin and English when required.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
3. Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
4. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
5. Able to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers.
6. Familiar with procurement processes, quotation comparison, PO, and purchasing documentation.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Able to work independently and be target-oriented.
9. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
10. Experience working with international suppliers or multicultural teams is preferred.
