About :
To carry out the procurement process for goods and services in accordance with the Company’s planned requirements and applicable regulations to support the Company’s business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the Company’s needs and procurement plans to support the achievement of the Company’s targets and objectives.
- Manage the procurement process for both assets and non-assets across the Company effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner, in compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Manage the preparation process of capital expenditure budgets for all business units to identify the Company’s procurement needs for goods and services.
- Identify general and household needs that require petty cash to support operational planning and ensure controlled utilization of petty cash.
- Identify and recommend appropriate vendors to become the Company’s business partners.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and proposals to ensure that the goods and services procured meet the Company’s requirements.
- Conduct the receipt and handover of goods and services to the respective users.
- Maintain records, perform data entry, and file all procurement-related documentation to ensure that the Company’s procurement processes are properly documented.
- Process FPP (Fund Payment Proposal) and petty cash requests to facilitate payments to vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification is preferred.
