Job description for Procurement Executive at GF Culinary
Job Description:
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), track shipments, and verify that deliveries meet quality and quantity standards
- Maintain accurate databases for vendor records, pricing, and inventory levels to prevent stockout
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports and supporting data required by management and other relevant divisions
- Manage orders from out-of-town franchises and update the system accordingly
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock availability
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3)
- At least 1 Year of working experience as Procurement / Purchasing Admin/Staff preferably in F&B industry
- Detail, target oriented and and can work under pressure
- Placement : Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
