Job description for Procurement & Export - Import Staff at PT Global Trade Optima
Role Objective
Support material procurement and international trade operations through supplier sourcing, purchasing administration, and export-import process coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Export-Import, or Supply Chain.
- Understands sourcing, purchasing processes, and vendor coordination.
- Familiar with export-import documentation, internationad shipping, and customs processes.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and has good administrative skills.
- Good command of English for business communication and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier sourcing and supplier mapping (domestic & global).
- Support the purchasing process, including RFQ, price evaluation, and Purchase Order (PO) management.
- Manage export-import documentation, shipping, and customs processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and other related parties.
- Monitor order and shipment status to ensuretimely delivery and supply continuity.
- Support cost monitoring and provide data for efficiency evaluation.
