Job description for Process Quality Control at Midea Washing Machine Indonesia
Job Description:
- Monitor and control the quality of the twin-tub washing machine assembly process.
- Participate in morning meetings to confirm team status and readiness.
- Inspect and verify 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes in the production process.
- Attend and participate in process quality meetings.
- Conduct first inspections of products at the initial stage of production.
- Monitor and analyze daily and monthly quality data.
- Track quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Process Quality Control (PQC), preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of assembly processes and product quality control principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, discipline, and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and other departments.
- Familiar with quality standards and quality assurance processes
- Able to operate basic computer applications (Ms. Office, etc.)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Good communication English skills (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
- Available to join immediately
